| We highly recommend Dianne Jones! I was almost convinced that we could not find a photographer at all - I had been to many weddings where the photographer ran the show, made contrived poses, and generated unnecessary stress. Dianne is totally the opposite. She is comfortable to be around and put guests, as well as us, at ease. Her photo journalistic style captured what was happening, not trying to control it. Many guests commented on how cool she is. She spent a good amount of time with us before the wedding date to really get a sense of what we wanted. Together we toured the wedding and reception sites as she researched the lighting. Her art background really shows through with her choices of shots. Something I loved so much are her still life photos - our simple cake became much more interesting in the photo she made. Her assistant was great also and helped to generate more photos. It is also a great luxury to have the right to all the photographs after the wedding. -Christine When we first met Dianne at the Brazil Room wedding fair we instantly felt comfortable and excited with her approach to wedding photography. Dianne is so much more than a photographer; she's an artist. We would describe her style as a blend of photojournalism and art, which isexactly the creative but natural feel we wanted to remember our wedding day by. She takes the traditional formal portraits, but also captures emotions and special moments with her camera. She was also incredibly flexible with working within our budget and tailoring her services to our needs. She really made sure she understood exactly the feel we wanted to convey in the event and then she put together a beautiful package of prints and digital photos thatwe could share with our families. We can't emphasize enough that the way Dianne treated us was wonderful, friendly, and down to earth. This is important since other photographers we met were all much more interested in the bottom line ($), for example, wanting you to purchase copies of individual photos after the event instead of givingyou the originals to share with friends and family. Of all the vendors that we worked with, we were happiest from start to finish with Dianne and would feel comfortable recommending her to anyone considering a wedding photographer.
